Worthiness or Entitlement?

[wpv-post-taxonomy type="variant" format="name"] # [types field='ep'][/types]

In recent years, it seems that more and more people are slipping into a belief system that they are somehow entitled, and therefore permitted, to do or have whatever they want. It’s not clear to me where this growing sense of entitlement comes from, but it’s obviously having a major impact all over the world. Today, as we begin a new year, I want to draw some attention to this phenomenon, and help us all return to a point of balance. I’m calling this episode “Worthiness or Entitlement?”

Understanding the subtle nuances that differentiate worthiness from entitlement is crucial for fostering healthy relationships, promoting personal growth, and contributing to a more empathetic society.

(Please watch the video for more—and remember to leave a comment in the space below!)

Remember, my soul friend, people who translate worthiness into entitlement are doomed to disappointment. The Universe doesn’t owe anyone anything, and cannot be manipulated to produce a particular result. Invite what you desire by attracting it, not by claiming you deserve it. But at the same time, remember that you are worthy to be here in this world, and I encourage you to use that fact in an empathetic way to express and experience the truth of who you really are in every single moment.
