Forgiveness for One and All

As a member of the human race, there is a very high likelihood that at one time or another—and likely multiple times in your life—you have experienced betrayal, neglect, abuse, or trauma. And, in all probability, the person responsible was someone you knew and trusted; you may have even loved the person.

It’s quite normal to want to get even with people who do things like this to us, but if we act on those desires, we can easily make matters much worse. I’m not just talking about the impact on other people; I’m talking about how we can damage ourselves further by giving in to our desires for justice or revenge.

The power of forgiveness is much greater than you might imagine, and it is power that you can access for yourself any time you want to.
