Maintaining a Positive Attitude

Everyone loves a positive attitude. But often life just happens, and sometimes brings with it uncomfortable, unpleasant, or even painful circumstances—which can have a detrimental effect on the attitude. We may not be able to choose the circumstances that appear, but we can always choose how we will deal with them. In this post, we look at a variety of ideas for keeping ourselves as positive as possible in each moment.
